• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other players' accounts.

3. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

• Finality of Purchases: All in-app purchases, such as for "Premium Bear Points" or "rarest coins," are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law or Google Play's / Apple App Store's refund policies.
• Payment Processing: All payments for in-app purchases are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play). JK Bears Digital does not handle your payment information directly. These transactions are subject to the respective platform's terms and conditions.
• Virtual Items: Virtual items like "Premium Bear Points" and "rarest coins" are licensed to you for use within the game. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or other services from JK Bears Digital or any third party. Your license to use virtual items terminates if your account is terminated.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services and any associated Virtual Items will immediately cease.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services and the content provided through them (including games, titles, characters, graphics, code, and virtual items) belong to JK Bears Digital or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal entertainment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JK Bears Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any damage or loss caused by the use of the app, or the temporary unavailability of the service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We provide the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or within our games. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
